These terms apply to your use of the Dashwall pre-launch website and waitlist, operated by Flatfish Software Solutions in the Netherlands. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Dashwall and your consent to receive launch updates by email. It is not a purchase, a contract for the product, or a guarantee of access, pricing, features, or a launch date — all of which may change before launch.

Pre-launch status

The product described on this site is in development. Descriptions, plans, and limits are provided for information and may be adjusted. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse this site — for example by submitting other people's email addresses without permission, attempting to disrupt the service, or automating signups.

Intellectual property

The Dashwall name, wordmark, content, and design on this site belong to Flatfish Software Solutions. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flatfish Software Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch website.
