Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Flatfish Software Solutions ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through the Dashwall website while the product is in pre-launch. We keep it short and only collect what we genuinely need.

Who we are

Dashwall is operated by Flatfish Software Solutions, based in the Netherlands. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@dashwall.io.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address.
  • Your consent to be emailed, and the date and time you gave it.
  • The page the signup came from, and — for spam prevention and security — your IP address and browser user-agent.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your email address for a single purpose: to notify you about the Dashwall launch and related product news. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the signup form. The IP address and user-agent are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form.

Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored in our own database. We do not share them with third-party advertising or data-broker services, and we never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until the launch campaign is complete or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can email hello@dashwall.io to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
